Primary Lockup
When our icon and wordmark are assembled together, the height of our wordmark can be used to determine the ratio and relationship between the two elements.

This version is not intended for extremely small sizes. The minimum height is .75” for print applications and 50px for digital applications.
Clear Space
Clear space, or negative space, is the area that surrounds the logo that is completely clear of any other graphical element. Clear space helps the logo stand out from the rest of the elements on the page and ensures legibility, even at small sizes.
As a general rule, the more clear space around the logo, the better.
Color Variations
The Lucrative Dynamics logo is designed for flexibility across various backgrounds while maintaining clarity and impact. Our approved variations include black on white, white on black, and neutral greys for versatility in both digital and print applications. These tones were chosen to reflect the brand’s minimalist, professional aesthetic and ensure legibility in all environments.
We recommend using the black logo on light backgrounds as the primary version, with the white logo reserved for darker contexts. A grey variation may be used when a more subtle or secondary branding presence is required. Avoid altering the logo’s colors or applying effects such as shadows, gradients, or outlines to preserve its integrity.
Icon Only Lockup
The icon-only lockup for Lucrative Dynamics is a refined, standalone mark that subtly resembles the shape of a house—its angular form evoking a pitched roof and foundation. This visual nod to property and structure makes it instantly relevant to the real estate space while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
This version of the logo is ideal for use in tight or minimal layouts where the full wordmark isn’t practical. Common applications include social media profile images, favicons, watermarks on media content, stickers, and other small-format branding. It can also be used alongside the full logo for added flexibility in brand expression, while still maintaining strong visual recognition and brand consistency.
The Word Mark
The Lucrative Dynamics wordmark uses the Power Grotesk typeface—a bold, modern sans-serif that perfectly complements the geometric simplicity of the brand icon. Its clean lines and balanced proportions give the logo a strong, contemporary presence while maintaining excellent legibility across all mediums.
