By accessing or using any services provided by Lucrative Dynamics Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and digital delivery platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Offered
Lucrative Dynamics Inc. provides real estate media services including but not limited to:

  • Photography

  • Aerial drone photography and video

  • Video walkthroughs

  • Media delivery through digital platforms

All deliverables are provided digitally via our CRM and delivery system. Booking can occur through our website or directly with our operations manager.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due the day after delivery.

  • Clients must pay online via the link provided to unlock downloadable access to media.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment provider Stripe.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are issued solely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

  • We understand things happen; therefore, there are no penalties for cancellations or rescheduling. However, consistent last-minute changes may affect scheduling priority in the future.

5. Turnaround Times

  • While we strive to deliver all media by the next morning after the shoot, all turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Clients will be notified in the rare event of a delay.

6. Usage Rights and Ownership

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered media solely for their own marketing, branding, and listing purposes.

  • Media may not be resold, redistributed, or used by third parties without express written consent.

  • Lucrative Dynamics Inc. retains ownership of all media and reserves the right to use it for our own promotional purposes.

7. Client Accounts

  • Clients may be provided with login access to our media delivery platform.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided "as-is." We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from any delay, data loss, or technical issue.

  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
